What can we say about Greta, her smile and laugh and her amazing personality, touched so many!!! I remmeber hearing about it when she got sick, and I actually ran into her at Shoprite in Union, she was walking in and I was walking out. We stopped and hugged and we talk and I dont even really remmeber what we talked about, but I do remeber her with a smile on her face and that great laugh! She was so great, and funny. R.I.P Greta, you were gone to soon!! We cant think about UHS without thinking about her!!!
Greta and I went to St. Michael's together. Both Irish, we were inseperable friends until 3rd grade when we just grew apart. But I still remember making a science proect with her. (That's when parents actually made you do them yourself.) We made the most awful huge heavy wooden bird feeder that you can imagine.
I was so sad to learn of Greta's illness when I attended our 20th reunion and even more sad to lean of hear death. Another life over too soon.
