Frank passed away in November 2003 one month before
his birthday. He suffered many health issues but
never let on how sick he really was. We first met
in sixth grade and were friends ever since. He was
one of my groomsmen when I got married and we always
stayed in touch even after he moved to Florida. There
were times when we missed keeping in touch but we
always remembered to call on our birthdays. One of
my memories of Frank was that no matter where we were
he either new someone or someone new him, you couldn't
help but be his friend. He is missed and I think of
him often..Mark Krauss

Frank was a friend from the neighborhood. We grew up together. One Thanksgiving I was invited to his home for dinner with his family. You immediately understood why he was such a great guy with a warm heart. I remember Frank with great fondness and affection.

I am saddened to hear about Frank's passing. He was such a friendly and good hearted individual who was always a joy to be around. Frank, you will be dearly missed. I look forward to seeing you again on those streets of gold, my friend!

There are some people that immediately bring a smile to my face. Frank is one of them. I remember him being one of the sweetest people in school. I don't remember specific incidents that I can share but it is so nice to read all the nice comments from his close friends. It is sad to hear of his passing.

I was so shocked to hear about Frank. I remember him driving his Chevy Vega all around town. He was the only person I have ever known to actually get a ticket for playing his music too loud (given by one of Union's finest while Frank was at a light at the Five Points intersection). I remember him as being a nice and funny guy.
